Dear Friend of the Woodstock Rotary Club,

In this difficult and unusual time, our club has made the decision to cancel our annual spring fundraiser. We have decided to cancel this event rather than postpone it until later in the year, because so many other nonprofits are in more need than us right now.

As a service club, we have no employees and thus no payroll to fund, and no office that requires rent to be paid. We will step aside this fundraising season, and ask that you consider donating to one of the many local nonprofits that will be in greater need. Another possibility is to donate to the COVID-19 Response Fund at the Community Foundation of McHenry County. 

We thank you for your past support, and we look forward to being with you again in the future when this pandemic is behind us. We hope that you and your families are safe and in good health.
