Food Packing

We need you for Delivery Day – December 19 – to deliver over 1,100 gift and food bags.

• We are not asking for volunteers for packing nights this year. We need you to deliver.
• We need you for Delivery Day – December 19 – to deliver over 1,100 gift and food bags.
• We are starting at 8:00 am.
• There is no sign up for delivery drivers. Just show up!
• Drivers will be given two deliveries per run – no exceptions – doesn’t matter if you are driving your SmartCar or your Suburban you get two deliveries at a time.
• This means we need you to come back. And come back again. Until we are done.
• Everything will be at the warehouse at 1191 Lake Ave., Woodstock. We are not operating a satellite location this year.

The Rotary Club of Woodstock will be working out of 1191 Lake Avenue, Woodstock for Christmas Clearing House.
